"8 Minutes in the Morning"by Jorge CruiseReview
The following was written by a former visitor to chasefreedom.com: I started eating healthy and exercising in June of 2002, at which time, I needed to lose 50 pounds to be in my ideal weight range. Since then, I have lost 21 pounds and continue to work towards my goal. I learned about 8 Minutes in the Morning from an article from Better Nutrition magazine. I was already following a healthy eating plan (my own) and exercising (cardio workout) regularly at this time. I took the eight minute workout and added it to my routine 6 days a week, as recommended. I found I could not do the recommended repetitions (4 sets of 12 for each exercise) in that alloted time, but set my timer for 8 min, and did as many as I could. My heart rate was in my target range for a good workout and I was able to work up to doing over the recommended repetitions in the same time frame, which I still do in order to keep my workout at a level that is challenging for me. I have better body tone and a more sculpted
shape than I had before. I have, without question, more physical strength
than before with my cardio workout alone and have lost about 12 1/2
inches. I am so thrilled about only spending 8 minutes on this routine
and getting these results, I will never be able to completely express
it. I love how easily it fits into my busy schedule. In closing, I
am so satisfied with the free information I received from this interview
with Jorge Cruise that I have recommended this workout to many others
that have been happy as well. If I were in the market for weight loss
information, I would buy one of his books. |
