But it downplays the importance of exercise in an all out effort to get you to focus on eating better. For most people purely focusing on food is the problem in the first place, regardless of whether the food was healthy or unhealthy. Exercise is the one thing in common with all those who lose weight and keep it off. I am also not a big fan of forgetting your past. Your past is who you are. It is a much better strategy to find a way to use your past weight loss frustrations and convert them into a reservoir of inner strength. But Anne Collins is one of the good guys. |
