Blood type diets use your blood type to determine which foods you should be eat.

Type A people should be vegetarian and avoid meat and dairy products.
Type B should eat red meat and fish.
Type O should eat lots of animal protein and little carbohydrates.
Type AB should eat a combination of Types A and B.

How to review the basic theory? Blood Type Diet theories are not supported by scientific literature and the research has not been confirmed anywhere else. Is it reasonable to think that if I am Type O blood that simply eating animal protein and decreased carbs will lead to weight loss and improved health?
