The Caveman Diet is based on the diet of our ancient ancestors in prehistoric times. It focuses on protein, while de-emphasizing cultivated products such as rice and bread. This is basically the Atkins Diet with a catchy title.

One example of a typical day includes:

Breakfast: grapefruit and a glass of orange juice.
Lunch: a tossed salad and all the nuts you can eat.
Snacks: as many apples as you like.
Dinner: all the chicken you can eat, along with two servings of vegetables.
The Caveman Diet leads to an unhealthy amount of fat consumption. It is not balanced either. Use your common sense, humans have evolved since we were cave man, perhaps you're thinking on diet and exercise should as well.
