10. One that sounds too good to be true.

11. Appeal primarily to your vanity.

12. One that rarely mentions general health.

 

3 Day Diet is a scheme that combines certain foods that are supposed to create a desired reaction in your digestive system and boost your metabolism for fat burning.

7 Day Miracle Soup is a hybrid of the 7 Day Diet (NO BANANAS) fad/fast and the notorious Cabbage Soup Diet.
