The concept is a 5 week diet and exercise plan where you eat 5 meals a day, made from 5 ingredients that takes 5 minutes to prepare each, with one cheating snack per day. In addition, you exercise five minutes a day for 5 days per week. The "Five Factor Diet" promotes lean proteins, whole foods, fruits and vegetables.
