Tony Little's "Gazelle" is a home exercise machine that focuses on weight loss, muscle toning and cardiovascular exercise. Tony Little is a former Junior National Bodybuilding champion. In 1983, while training for The Mr. America Bodybuilding Championship, he was in a near-fatal car accident. He has stated that afterward he suffered from depression, became pain medication addict and gained significant weight. After realizing that his life was heading in the wrong direction, he developed his exercise programs. Tony is a certified personal trainer and calls himself, "America's Personal Trainer".
The low impact "Gazelle" is supposed to burn calories and tone muscles more efficiently than other forms of exercise. The machine has a heart rate monitor and "Power Pistons" that enable you to control the resistance. Also included is a workout video and a "Personal Trainer Card" which allows you to talk to the company's certified fitness trainers. The equipment ranges from the basic Gazelle for $109.95 to more upgraded, higher priced models, including a total gym machine for $799.99.
