Plant Macerat Drops Review

Plant Macerat Droplets are an herbal liquid diet aid which were heavily advertised at the beginning of this decade, and are still available via the Ordertron.com website. Miraculous, rapid weight loss is promised with this tasteless liquid that is placed under the tongue before meals, then swallowed. Supposedly a concoction of 16 different herbals, the primary ingredients in this supplement are laxative and diuretic in nature, so there's your weight loss: in the toilet.

Apparently a purchase of plant macerat also amounts to throwing your money in the toilet as well. But this is more than just "if it sounds too good to be true, it is." Plant Macerat's manufacturer, a Canadian concern called PhytoPharma, came under investigation in 2001 by health care fraud activists, and the story was picked up and covered by Canada's Globe and Mail newspaper and the national network CTV among others. What they uncovered was a web of empty shell companies, ghost addresses, foreign bank accounts, etc., and this in turn attracted the attention of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. PhytoPharma seems to have disappeared around 2002, but the plant macerat drops are still floating around on the internet. Beware!
