The Popcorn Diet is going to get bland quickly. The bland taste of non-buttered and salted popcorn can make it difficult to stay on this diet. Lots of corn in a diet tends to clog the digestive tract and corn is a common allergen, which may cause breathing problems, hives, and gastrointestinal upsets.
