Quick Weight Loss Centers Review
It's a fact that eating right is one of the best things you can do for your overall health. An individualized, clinic-based weight loss program, Quick Weight Loss Centers' mission is to teach you about nutrition, get you losing weight, and train you to practice the eating habits that are necessary for long term weight maintenance. (Quick Weight Loss Centers has gained recent notoriety as the diet of famous talk show host Rush Limbaugh.) It is a therapeutic environment, wherein you the dieter are supervised and provided individual counseling, support and behavioral modification training. The food plans are created from regular food from the grocery store, and allow up to 1,500 calories a day of balanced nutrition that is rich in vitamins and minerals, and low in processed carbohydrates, fats and sodium. Your program will be designed around your current medical condition, your health history and dietary recommendations made by your personal physician. Also, QWLC will work cooperatively with your physican if you have a medical condition that requires doctor supervision of a weight loss program.
Once your goal weight is reached, you begin the maintenance phase of the program. This is intended to cement the lessons you learned and behavioral changes you made during the weight loss period for your long term health. When you've completed all phases of the program your new good habits should be set, and you're equipped with the knowledge and tools to manage your healthy weight for life.
f you're interested in a Quick Weight Loss Centers program but are unable to participate at a clinic, there is an at-home program available. The Quick Weight Loss Centers Home Program is based upon the same principles as the clinical program, the difference being that you'll work with an online interface and will communicate with your weight loss counselor by phone and/or email. QWLC offers programs for men, women and children from age 10. The clinical program may be pricey for some, but the tenets of this program are solid. Good nutrition and eating habits are essential to healthy weight and overall health, and if you need guidance/assistance in this area, then QWLC is a good solution. Our only quibble with the Quick Weight Loss Centers approach is the neglible emphasis on exercise as a component of a weight loss/maintenance program. We maintain that exercise is essential - and if you combine it with good eating habits then you have an absolute no-fail.
