Trim360 Review
A weight loss meal-delivery service like Nutrisystem, the Trim360 program advertises that you can lose between two to five pounds per week on their meal plans. Like Nutrisystem or any of the other meal delivery programs, Trim360 offers nutritionally balanced, portion and calorie controlled meals. What makes Trim360 slightly different is how those meals are distributed – instead of eating the traditional 3 meals a day and a snack, Trim360 advocates consuming 7 small meals and snacks over the course of your day, so you’re eating something every 2.5 to 3 hours.
The Trim360 program offers 3 different meal plans from which to choose. You are able to customize and personally select foods from their menu, or take the option to take a “Favorites” package, which are only their best-selling, most popular items on your plan. Helpfully, photos of all the foods on the menu are found on the website.
There are three meal-delivery plans to choose from. The Decision Free Plan is 7 days a week for 4 weeks, for a total of $351. The Balance Plan is 5 days a week for 4 weeks, for a total of $259. And lastly is the Choices Plan, which is 3 days a week for 4 weeks, which costs $171.
Importantly, exercise is a recommended part of the Trim360 weight loss plan. On the website, you’ll find assistance with creating a customized fitness plan for yourself. The website tools will allow you to set fitness goals and track them with a personalized online progress journal.
The website also provides access to health and fitness experts, calculator and tracking tools, recipes, cooking guidance and tips, blogs and message boards. You’ll also find the personal stories of Trim360 “heroes”, who’ve successfully lost weight and kept it off.
Trim360 offers a free 30-day trial, which does not require you to enter payment or credit card information (which so often can be a trap). Bear in mind, though that you will not be getting 100% access to all of the Trim360 services. Still it should be enough to help you determine if you want to continue with the program on a fee basis.
We are fans of meal delivery weight loss programs for the simple fact that for a time, they make your (eating) life very simple. The work is done for you – and if you play be the rules and make time for exercise, you will be losing weight and getting healthier and on a daily basis. But remember that these plans are merely a springboard – you can’t stay on them for life. It’s vital that while you’re losing weight on something like Trim360, you’re figuring out how to choose foods, cook and portion control for yourself in the future.
