The Ultimate Tea Diet Review

Mark Ukra, creator of the Ultimate Tea Diet is called "Dr. Tea." He is a merchant who owns The Tea Garden shop in Beverly Hills. According to Ukra, tea's ability to encourage weight loss comes from its three main ingredients: caffeine to stimulate, L-theanine to neutralize the harmful side effects of caffeine and act as an appetite suppressant, and EGCG, which causes you to burn fat more efficiently. It reduces your appetite and stimulates your metabolism.

The Ultimate Tea Diet advocates giving up coffee and a basic diet of vegetables, fruits, grains and low fat proteins, along with exercise and meditation. It is recommended that you drink tea all day and incorporate it into your food as a rub for meat or vegetables or as a replacement snack.

The food plan includes tea-based meals as well as choices for snacks. Ukra offers a history of teas and the different varieties, a quick test to see which types of teas you might favor and a guide to matching types of teas to various food cravings.

The reality of popular diet products and programs is that few work in the long term because they don't focus on the sustainable strategies of balanced nutrition, exercise and personal motivation. As for me, I love tea but on an empty stomach it takes away my appetite and replaces it with an upset, growling stomach. No good. As a supplemental drink to aid appetite suppression it seems to work pretty good, but it's not an overall lifestyle change strategy that's going to lead to long term weight loss success. But don't be discouraged, there are good plans out there that can help you achieve your goals.
