I have some comments about the Weigh Down diet. It is great!
I've tried many, many things and have spent a lot of money, as have manyothers looking for the perfect diet. I agree that $103.00 is a lot to pay, but at least with this diet it is a lifestyle of eating that is appropriate for any age or weight, and is not a pill you have to keep paying for over and over to keep the weight off, or something that will damage your body. Whether a product is Christian-based or religion-based or not does not mean it does not cost money to produce workbooks, videos, etc. to put a weight-loss plan together. Bookstores charge for Christian books and Bibles. They have to pay overhead and have to pay their employees. Paying for a weight-loss product is no different.
The best way I can describe Weigh Down is freedom. I did not say it was easy ... but it is freeing and very simple to follow. No special foods to fix, calories or fat grams to count, it's the most life-friendly program I've been a part of. The greed for food ... which many of us struggle with ... is probably not a popular thing to talk about. However, it is the
issue, and not us trying to make food "behave".
I could go on and on about it, but I suppose this is enough. There are countless people who've had success on this program ... not only lost weight, but gotten off all kinds of medication due to their weight loss. It works. Plain and simple.
Jillian Michaels- This impressive online weight loss program was designed by the world-class fitness trainer from the popular TV show, "The Biggest Loser." Her inexpensive diet and exercise plans are personalized to your comfort level as you get in shape and lose weight. Jillian Michaels has created quite a buzz and she deserves it. Her program is free to try.
