Wii Weight Loss Plan Review

The "Wii" Weight Loss Plan is a diet some person came up for his own attempt at losing weight and it has received quite a lot of attention. Eventually, it led to Nintendo enlisting weight loss guru and star of NBC's Biggest Loser Jillian Michaels, to create an official Wii Fit game and weight loss program.

This is simply physical exercise and decreased caloric intake, which are the staples of any sensible weight loss plan. You don't need expensive video games to do that, but if this works for you than it seems like a perfectly decent home exercise machine. Problem is, too many people get bored and eventually quit doing home exercise. That's why we are much bigger fans of lifestyle exercise activities like hiking, running, cycling, or anything that gets you out having fun and building your fitness level for the long term.
