Zetacaps Review

Zetacaps is an appetite suppressant that claims to be the equivalent of a gastric bypass operation. That is a dramatic claim considering what gastric bypass entails. It supposedly decreases the amount of food the stomach can take without the risks and side effects of surgery. All you need to do is to take a couple of capsules and a big glass of water before you eat and you will feel full for as long as four hours. This "gastric bypass" is supposed to work by filling your stomach with a substance that reduces the space left for food.

I am not a fan of getting into the "scientific" details of diet pills, and especially not for one that makes claims like Zetacaps. Imagine a world where these claims were actually true and these pills worked without side-effects? The inventor would be the next Nobel prize winner and one of the most known humans on the planet. Consider the size of the world's obesity epidemic.

The claims made by the diet pill companies are nonsense. Only diet and exercise work for long term weight loss.
